The Winston is the smallest in our lineup but the most maneuverable, with 340 square inches of grate space sized for backyard cooking without the bulk. It is constructed from ⅛ carbon steel. It’s built light enough to move and strong enough to last. The Winston delivers the quality of an all-steel BBQ without giving up the ease of transportation.

The Build
The Trinidad finds its place as the swiss-army-knife of our direct-heat BBQ lineup. It is capable of smoking, grilling, and rotisserie all exceptionally well. It’s constructed with 3/16-inch carbon steel, and has an adjustable slide damper and dual adjustable exhaust for maximum control. The Trinidad is made with versatility in mind.

The Exodus is our cabinet smoker, built for serious grate space without a bigger footprint. It comes with 3 rack levels and room to add a 4th, for up to 5,130 square inches on the 60in, enough for a dozen full briskets at once. It’s constructed from ¼ carbon steel. The Exodus is made for smoking at scale.

The Build
The Genesis Reverse Flow delivers perfectly even heat, ready for the low and slow. It takes the classic offset shape, but moves the stack to the firebox side and adds a baffle plate under the cook chamber. This means every rack runs the same temperature end to end and the bark has time to build undisturbed. It’s wood-fired, built from ¼ carbon steel, and offered in 3 sizes. This is the set it and forget it of the wood fired smoker world.

The Build
The classic offset smoker, better bark for your buck. The reason why the offset holds its place in the BBQ hall of fame is because it gives you more direct live-fire flavor and a bark that sets up faster. It is constructed from ¼ carbon steel, and still maintains tons of flexibility in firebox options over the Reverse Flow. The Genesis Offset is wood-fired, made for the love of the craft.
